Helen is a Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance, having graduated with Distinction from the Teaching Programme at RAD Headquarters in London in 2001. She also holds the RAD Teaching Diploma in Music in relation to the Teaching of Dance and Anatomy & Technique.
In 2004, she gained her teaching Associate qualification of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), Classical branch with Honours and passed the Advanced 2 ISTD Tap dancers' qualification with Distinction.
Helen has over 20 years of experience coaching and entering students for RAD Examinations at all levels with excellent results. She also teaches Neo-Classical, Pointe training, Jazz and Tap up to Advanced 2 level.
Before relocating to Australia in 2007, Helen was offered the prestigious role of RAD London Region Scholarship Teacher, which she conducted in 2004, 2005 and 2007. Other notable work in Europe includes coaching students and teachers in Florence, Italy and Oporto, Portugal.
Her work as a Choreographer ranges from full scale theatre productions, including Oklahoma! at the New Wimbledon Theatre in London (2004) to 7 gold medal-winning competition pieces performed in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne between 2011 and 2018.
Throughout her career, Helen has devised and produced nine original full-scale productions and loves providing the opportunity for her students to experience the joys and excitement of performing in a professional theatre setting.
Pia is a Melbourne based dancer, choreographer, teacher, and internationally-screened filmmaker who has worked with choreographers such as Stuart Shugg, Nat Cursio, Phillip Adams and Kate Denborough. She graduated the Victorian College of the Arts as recipient of the Dr Phillip Law Travel Scholarship, enabling her to travel to New York for Dance in 2018. She has co-presented dance works for the Melbourne Fringe Festival, ‘Self Repair’ (2017) and Colour Correction (2018). Pia’s two short dance films, Banana Blue (2017) and Pink Ink (2018), have been screened at festival in Brooklyn NY, England, Ireland, Mexico, Norway, Spain, Sydney, and Melbourne.

Zayneb has trained in classical ballet for 16 years and is a Graduate of Dance World Studios 2018.
She holds an Advanced Diploma in Dance and in 2019, passed the Advanced 2 Vocational Examination of the Royal Academy of Dance with Distinction.
Zayneb has experience teaching children multiple styles, including Ballet, Jazz and Hip Hop, plus adult classes in Strength and Tone, Contemporary, Broadway Jazz, Hip Hop and Yoga.
She is excited to be joining the SKBS teaching team in 2020.
